Stacie creates and delivers talent development programs all over the world to professionals at all levels in the organization, helping them step up into their next level of greatness.
Her work is built on the belief that demonstrating leadership and presence is a learnable skill that can be improved. Stacie is especially passionate about cultivating leadership in women and those who identify with minority cultures.
Stacie’s coaching style has three key influences:
- her personality: open, authentic, and fearless;
- her training in positive psychology coaching; and
- her background in marketing and brand management.
She uses a variety of modalities such as 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, and learning at scale to positively impact individual talent development.
Stacie started her career in storytelling at major motion picture studios TriStar and 20th Century Fox. She holds a BA in English Literature from Columbia University. This early focus on reading and crafting stories is still evident today in Stacie’s use of storytelling skills to increase leadership presence.
After several years in the film business, Stacie translated her passion for stories and people to a career in marketing. She spent over a decade in global marketing in organizations such as Unilever, Coty, and Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy. During this time Stacie earned an MBA from NYU during nights and weekends while maintaining full-time employment in marketing.
In 2013, Stacie left her full-time marketing role to start coaching firm, Facts and Heresies LLC. There she focuses on leadership skills coaching of executives from start up companies to blue chip. Stacie earned a positive psychology coach certification in individual and group coaching. Positive psychology is the scientific study of what helps people and communities flourish. Applied to organizations, positive psychology is a cutting edge field that helps professionals optimize their work and personal satisfaction.
In 2015, Stacie joined the Global Faculty of SNP Communications. There she delivers leadership training to companies such as Google, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Morgan Stanley.
